More importantly – (as mentioned in the previous question), when obtaining your Independent Solicitor’s Certificate, your Separation Agreement will be proofread and verified by your independent solicitor. This takes usually just one, simple meeting. In the unlikely event that you have any mistakes in your Separation Agreement, your lawyer should point them out to you.
